Yap\u0131lan i\u015fin do\u011frultusunda k\u00e2r ya da zarar fark etmeksizin komisyonunu alacakt\u0131r. Buna Ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak yay\u0131nlanan kararda sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemlerinde al\u0131m\u0131 ve sat\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek olan gayrimenkul de\u011feri \u00fczerinden %2&#8217;i + KDV olarak hesaplan\u0131r. Komisyon Taraflar\u0131n her ikisinden de tahsil edilir. Arac\u0131l\u0131k yapan bir dan\u0131\u015fman kiralanacak olan bir gayrimenkul \u00fczerinden ise, bir senelik kira bedelinin &#8216;u + KDV olarak komisyon talep eder.
